Policies at Andy's Nursery

Claims must be received within five (5) days of receipt of nursery stock. Please check counts and conditions of plants upon arrival. Claims for damage in transit are to be made directly with the carrier (on request we will assist where possible without assuming liability). Although we will make every effort to satisfy your claims, Andy's Nursery reserves the right to use sole discretion to evaluate and issue any and all credit adjustments. Filing a claim does not release you from full payment of your order within the terms of your account.
